ERIC MORGAN is a lawyer in the litigation department of Osler, Hoskin &Harcourt LLP’s Toronto office. His practice covers a broad range of civillitigation, including banking, class actions, administrative law, internationaltrade, and employment matters. Eric has appeared as counsel before the SupremeCourt of Canada, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court ofJustice and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal. Before joining Osler,Eric worked at a major international firm in London, during which time he wasseconded to the Bank of England and the litigation and special investigationsteam of Barclays Bank plc. He also taught criminal law at Oxford University.
