JAMES M. KLOTZ, IDC. D. is a partner of Miller Thomson LLP in Torontoand Chair of the firm’s Anti-Corruption and International Governance Group. Heis a corporate integrity specialist. Jim is currently is a member of: theManagement Board the International Bar Association, the Independent GovernanceCommittee of FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association), and theAllard Prize Advisory Board: Allard Prize for International Integrity (UBC).  He is a Vice-Chair of the Anti-CorruptionCommittee of the ABA International Law Section, and is a past-President ofTransparency International Canada Inc. In 2014, Jim has been recognized by International Who's Who of InvestigationsLawyers, International Who's Who of Business Lawyers, and Canada’s BestLawyers.  In 2012 he received the Awardof Excellence in International Law from the Ontario Bar Association.
