CHRISTOPHERB. ROCHFORD is Senior Director, Food Services, with Civeo. Christopherassumed this title in April 2014 after a 10 year career with Civeo Corporation.Civeois a global workforce accommodations provider which custom-designs, engineers,builds, transports, installs, leases and operates projects of all scope andsize. Inhis role, Christopher is responsible for overseeing Civeo’s cateringoperations; this includes food safety, product selection and strategic planningfor lodges that house over 19,000 beds in North America.  Prior to this, Christopher has held a varietyof progressively senior roles over the course of 24 years in the hotel andresort industry.  Christopher holds a redseal certification, Alberta blue seal certification and is a certified HACCPmanager. Heserves as presiding officer of the Canadian apprenticeship committee, theprovincial apprenticeship committee and is a member of the culinary advisorycommittee at NAIT.
