Jim is an accomplishedhospitality industry executive with multi-property and multi-disciplineexperience that is focused on superior customer service, employee satisfactionand financial success.  He has directedand coordinated non-marine operations aboard large cruise ships, non-gamingoperations for two casinos and a hotel, as well as managed deluxe class hotelsin Canada, the USA and South Korea.  Jimjoined Black Diamond in January of 2013.​
