CAROL BRIGHAM is Assistant Chief, Financial Stability Department at the Bank of Canada. Carol heads the team responsible for the oversight of the Bank of Canada’s designated securities settlement systems.  Carol joined the Bank of Canada in 2011 after 10 years with HSBC in Vancouver, Hong Kong and London in the areas of risk management and regulatory compliance.  Prior to her roles at HSBC, Carol worked at Ernst and Young as a manager in the Financial Institution Group.
