KEVIN FINE is Director of the DerivativesBranch at the Ontario Securities Commission. As part of his duties at the OSChe participates in a variety of national and international committees currentlyworking on introduction of regulation of over the counter derivatives markets.These committees include: the CSA OTC Derivatives Committee, the Head ofAgencies OTCDWG, the IOSCO Commodities Working Group and the OTC DerivativesRegulators Forum. Kevin is also one of the co-chairs of the IOSCO Task Force onOTC Derivatives. Mr. Fine was previously Associate General Counsel and ManagingDirector, Retail Investor Solutions Group and Securitization, for Bank ofMontreal Financial Group of Companies ("BMOFG").
