MICHAEL BRADY is Senior Legal Counsel for the British Columbia Securities Commission. Michael has over 10 years’ experience in the securities industry.  He is currently Senior Legal Counsel with the British Columbia Securities Commission and is responsible for leading the Commission team working on derivatives market regulation.  Prior to joining the BC Securities Commission Michael was the Head of Legal for Alpha Group where he was involved in the creation of Alpha ATS.  Prior to his work with Alpha he was Senior Counsel with Market Regulation Services Inc. where he was involved in the development of Canada’s Universal Market Integrity Rules.
