MICHELLE SCHWARTZBERG is Senior Counsel & Vice President, Legal Corporate & Compliance Group with BMO Financial Group. Michelle Schwartzberg is a member of Bank of Montreal's Legal, Corporate and Compliance Group. She supports the Capital Markets Group, advising on derivatives matters, both transactional and regulatory. On the transactional side, Michelle advises clients on matters related to the negotiation of ISDA Master Agreements, including netting advice. On the regulatory side, Michelle advises the Capital Markets Group on global developments in derivatives regulations, including in regions such as the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia Pacific. Before joining Bank of Montreal, Michelle practiced in the Financial Services Group at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Michelle received her LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1997.
