The main area of hiswork focuses on contract negotiations, service delivery to clients andmaintaining client relationships post contract-signature.  Bibby’s extensive international client listhave ranged from Energy Majors, Oilfield Contractors, Governments, Militaries,Shipyards and Construction Companies. This has seen Carl dealing with clientsin Australia, Papua New Guinea, Europe and West Africa amongst others.  Carl holds a B.A. in Spanish and lives inLiverpool, England.
