DANIEL MURDOCH is a litigator practising in Stikeman Elliott's Toronto office. Prior to joining Stikeman Elliott In 2006, Dan practiced at Dewey Ballantine LLP in New York. Among other engagements in securities class actions, Dan is part of the team acting for Timminco Limited and certain of its directors and officers, he acted for defendant underwriters in the Allen-Vanguard securities class action, and he acted for Redline Communications and certain of its directors and officers. Dan also acts for debtors, Monitors, creditors and other stakeholders in CCAA, receivership and bankruptcy proceedings.
