TIFFANYSOUCY is a Senior Associate with Dentons’ Litigation andAlternative Dispute Resolution Group, and has assisted clients in a variety ofmatters. Tiffany’s clients include real estate developers, retailers and globalaccounting firms. Tiffany has experience dealing with class actions, a varietyof leasing issues, and product liability matters. Tiffany has a solidbackground as a litigator including contract disputes, employment matters,defamation matters, tax and customs issues, shareholder claims and professionalliability disputes. Tiffany was an editor of the Dentons Rules of CivilProcedure Blog (2010-2014). Currently, Tiffany’s practice focuses on retail andfashion, luxury brands and franchising issues. Tiffany has recently completed the New York Fordham Law School’s FashionLaw Bootcamp. In addition to representing clients at mediation and arbitration,Tiffany has appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario, including theOntario Superior Court, Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal.Tiffany has also appeared as counsel in the Tax Court of Canada, and beforeprofessional discipline and administrative tribunals.
