Ivan Luxenberg joined Malach + Fidler in 1985 and is a partner at the firm. His legal practice is focused primarily on insurance and personal injury matters and he represents both plaintiffs and insurers. Since 2004, he has been actively involved in mediating cases that deal with statutory accident benefits, tort-related issues, malpractice and breach of contract. His mediation practice takes him across the province.
