LULA KOSANIC is SeniorDirector-Vendor Management, with CIBCTechnology Operations and is responsible for managing IT supplier relationships across outsourcingand managed service arrangements.  Withover 15 years of corporate experience in contract negotiations, suppliergovernance and relationship management, Lula began her career at Bell Canada,and then joined CIBC in 2007.  She hasspent the past three years at CIBC managing a transformation in suppliergovernance and cost management.  Lulaholds an MBA from Queen’s University, and is also a CMA.  She is a member of Women in Capital Markets,and the Canadian International Council.
