JEREMY HILDERMAN is Maintenance Superintendent - Mine Area with Mosaic Potash Belle Plaine. He currently lives in Lumsden, SK and works at the Mosaic Belle PlainePotash Solution Mine as the Mine Maintenance Superintendent. Jeremy graduatedfrom the University of Regina with a B.Sc. in Computer Science and started hiscareer in IT, worked his way up to an IT Project Manager, and holds his ProjectManagement Professional designation.  Hemoved to Mosaic in 2010 as the Maintenance Planner Lead for the Mine and Millwith the main goal of setting planning standards, aligning the group, anddeveloping them to become more effective planners. Jeremy is passionate aboutimproving maintenance efficiencies, developing his employees, and keepingemployees engaged at work. Jeremy’s other passion is his family, and is happilymarried with three children. In the winter months he spends a lot of time atthe rink coaching hockey, and when time permits enjoys a weekly squash match.
