MIKE SHULTZ is Vice-President, Solutions with The Asset Performance Group. A Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional, MaintenanceManagement Professional, PAS-55 assessor and Industrial Mechanic, Mike is along-time advocate and practitioner of reliability-driven performanceimprovement.  Mike Schultz is the VicePresident responsible for Solutions at APG. He has been a key part of APG’sproduct development and manages this process. He has delivered asset management training and has extensive “realworld” experience in developing and implementing performance improvementsolutions.  Amongst his many successfulundertakings, Mike managed the reliability initiative at Dofasco for over tenyears, co-developed the current standard for Equipment Risk and Criticalityassessment, was involved in designing many of the FMEA based variants of theRCM process and also facilitated the asset hierarchy overhaul of more than400,000 location codes.  He has extensiveCMMS and Reliability software experience. Mike is a respected and well-knownexpert in RCM.  He has trained andmentored hundreds of people in RCM, has delivered RCM practitioner training forthe Aladon Network and instruction on the PAS-55 framework
