DR. STEPHEN STANLEY is SeniorVice President Water Services with EPCORUtilities Ltd. He holds a B.Sc. inCivil Engineering, a M.Sc. in Water Resources Engineering and a PhD inEnvironmental Engineering, all from the University of Alberta. He is also agraduate of the Executive Program at Queen’s University. Dr. Stanley iscurrently the Senior Vice President for EPCOR Utilities Inc. where he is theexecutive in charge of EPCOR Water Services in Canada.  EPCOR Water Services provides water andwastewater services to more than 75 communities in Western Canada includingover 1 million people in the Edmonton region. EPCOR has also recently expanded to the United States and is now thelargest private water utility in both Arizona and New Mexico. EPCOR also provideswater and wastewater services to industrial clients like Suncor and AlbianSands Oil Sands in Fort McMurray. Prior to joining EPCOR, Steve was a professorat the University of Alberta in the Department of Civil and EnvironmentalEngineering.
