GUY HUBERT is Vice-President,Regulation and Risk Management, with DICO(Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario). In this capacity, Guy isresponsible for managing DICO’s risk management program which includes riskassessment, examinations, relationship management and the watchlist andsupervision programs. His responsibilities for regulatory affairs include allaspects of institutional compliance, variations, applications, decisions,orders and appeals, administrative penalties and interpretations of the Act andregulation.  Prior to joining DICO in2010, Guy spent over 20 years in the Canadian banking industry, in the areas ofcash management services, investment products sales, small business lending,special loans management, commercial lending and loan syndications.  Guy holds a BA from Concordia University(Montreal) and an MBA from Dalhousie University (Halifax).
