ROBYNCOLLVER isSenior Vice-President, Secretary and GeneralCounsel of Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited.Ms. Collver received her undergraduate degree from Acadia University and herLL.B. from the University of Toronto. She articled and then practiced corporateand securities law at Cassels Brock and Blackwell until September, 2002.  She has been employed by Canadian Tire forover ten years, five of which were spent forming Canadian Tire Bank and thenacting as General Counsel of Canadian Tire’s Financial Services division.  She has been in her current role for overfive years and manages over 60 employees, twenty of whom are lawyers practicinglaw in Ontario, Quebec and Alberta. Robyn recently assumed responsibility forthe business sustainability and product stewardship teams at Canadian Tire.
